Refund Policy

At Xaca Technologies Solution (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, tailored digital services to our clients. Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our work, we maintain a strict no-refund policy under the terms outlined below.
By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the following refund terms and conditions.
General Terms
- No Refund on Services Rendered
Once work has commenced on any project—whether design, development, SEO, PPC, consultation, or any other service—no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- No Refund on Digital Deliverables
Due to the intangible and irreversible nature of digital assets (e.g., source code, campaign setup, graphics, audits, reports, etc.), all fees are non-refundable once delivery has been initiated or shared.
- Upfront Payments Are Non-Refundable
All upfront deposits or milestone payments made toward a service or project are non-refundable. These secure your resource allocation and internal workflow commitment.
Exceptions & Discretion
- Request-Based Consideration
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to billing@xacaitsolve.com within 7 days of the transaction. Approval, if any, is solely at the discretion of the management based on the merit of the request.
- Service Failure or Non-Delivery
In the rare case where we are unable to commence or deliver any agreed scope due to our internal limitations, a full or partial refund may be issued, minus any applicable administrative or consulting charges.
- Project Delays Due to Client Inaction
If a project is delayed, paused, or abandoned due to lack of input, communication, or required assets from the client, no refund shall be granted for the services pending delivery.
Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, SMM)
- No Refund on SEO/PPC/SMM Campaigns
All campaign-based services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, etc.) are time-bound and strategy-driven. No refunds will be entertained once any campaign is launched or strategy planning has begun.
- No Performance-Based Refunds
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, click-through rates, or revenue returns. Refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance unless explicitly guaranteed in a signed service agreement.
Change of Mind or Service Termination
- Client-Initiated Cancellations
If a client decides to cancel a project or withdraw from an engagement mid-way through execution, no refunds will be processed for the work completed or resources reserved.
- Termination by Xaca Technologies
In case of service termination from our end due to breach of agreement, non-cooperation, or fraudulent activity from the client’s side, no refund will be made.
Important Notes
Refunds, if issued (under rare exceptions), will be processed within 14–21 business days.
Any third-party charges (domain, hosting, plugins, ad spend, tools, etc.) are non-refundable and must be paid in full regardless of project status.
Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may result in legal action and permanent blacklisting.
